The maintenance crew is top notch. They are awesome

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love living here The only problem is sometimes the elevator is broken, but they always get it back up and running shortly after. Other than that, no complaints. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and I always feel safe within the complex.

Since they have come to this property, the cleaniness and the atmosphere has become wonderful. When I have a maintence problem it is taken care of immediatley. Thank you for having a great team.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Call Home — I moved into Routh Street Flats almost 6 months ago and my roommate and I have LOVED our time here thus far. Based on some of the old reviews we read prior to move-in we were a little concerned on what we were getting ourselves into...but from my personal experience, do not listen to one bad apple. If you're looking into the uptown area then you CLEARLY know what you're getting yourself into so don't come back and complain about the noise or go live in the suburbs. The new staff has been nothing but great to us in our time here and we love the community and the apt. itself. Would recommend to anyone Their prices totally match the environment, community, and amenities. As this is our first apt. we've lived in and I personally work in Leasing, we've had a great experience here.
